Neptune chemical pumps

Hall Irrigation are the Australian distributor for Neptune Chemical Pump Co. Neptune has been manufacturing reliable metering pumps for over 45 years. The series 500 "dia-Pumps" are hydraulically actuated diaphragm pumps which maintain a metered discharge accuracy of +/-1% under constant conditions of temperature, pressure and capacity setting. A plunger, reciprocating at a fixed stroke, displaces hydraulic fluid which actuates a flexible, chemically inert, teflon diaphragm to create pumping action. these pumps offer excellent service in fertilizer and chemigation applications and are backed by a THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Select the Link to check out the brochure

Series 500 (dia-Pump)

The series 500 pumps range from capacities of 8 Lph to 302 Lph simplex or 604 Lph duplex per hour and flow at an accurate rate. A Variable Oil By-Pass stroke adjustment allows better valve performance then variable linkage designs. the valve checks have extra time to seat even in heavy liquids since they are idle during the by-pass portion of the suction and discharge strokes. Series 7000 (dia-Pump)

The series 7000 pumps have a straight through valve and head design which offers improved flow, these are used for water, water waste or processing tasks. they range from 49 Lph - 303 Lph in the series 71XX models and 360 Lph - 1135Lph in the series 72XX.  Select either model to learn more about the series 7000 range.
