Hall Irrigation began business in the South Australian Mallee region in the early 90’s after the directors left a successful business in New Zealand. The Company focused it's attention on Centre Pivot Irrigation for vegetable crops and soon became pioneers in technology for progressive markets. With Support from Lindsay Manufacturing, makers of the most advanced pivot and lateral irrigator “Zimmatic”, Hall Irrigation has grown to become Australia’s largest Zimmatic distributor. Major installations have been completed throughout Southern Australia including Tasmania and Russia.With dedication second to none, as part of our superior service, Hall Irrigation offer emergency after-hours service which reaps the benefit of ongoing client loyalty. Through determination and hard work, Hall Irrigation is now available throughout the Riverina.

The Design Team

Hall Irrigation has found that commitment & hard work extends beyond the field. A need for accurate design and engineering is paramount, from the initial concept, through the quotation stage, installation & the long term performance of any Irrigation system. Hall Irrigation has assembled a team of dedicated design staff, armed with the latest equipment to ensure an accurate design. This includes Hydraulics specialists, with advanced AutoCAD technology and integrated GPS & Aerial mapping facilities. An in house Electronics Technician specialize in automation & telemetry capable of controlling multiple pivot & pump station installations remotely.

Specialty fittings, meeting market requirements

In the domain of new technology and advanced automated systems, Hall Irrigation realized the need for specifically designed & engineered components. Hence the incorporation of a fully equipped fabrication workshop. Our fully trained & competent trades people are able to manufacture "in house” specialty fittings including warranty approved Heat Exchangers for any size pump stations.Hall Irrigation have also designed and now manufacture Row Cropping implements such as the “Dam Dyker”, a soil banking system that prevents run off during irrigation. Both mobile & stationary fertigation equipment is also designed and manufactured to order.

Installation & Service

Ground works plant and road transport are all owned & operated by Hall Irrigation, allowing for planned installation periods without the reliance on sub contract hire. Fully trained and equipped site crews are employed, servicing our five major installation areas, Pumps, Pivots, Laterals, Pipelines & Technical Electronics. Installation equipment includes excavators, ditch witches, mobile cranes and truck mounted Hiabs, including two four wheel drive cranes for those hard to reach places.
