Greenfield Small Pivot and Lateral systems are a efficient and low costing solution for irrigators who wish to save money on needing to shift pipes, water usage and to also have confidence in a strong and reliable working product. The Greenfield systems are easy to set up and move as no components exceed 31m in length which makes them easy to handle. Greenfield mini pivot systems
Built incredibly strong for their size, Greenfield mini pivots deliver all the labor, power and water saving of traditional center pivots, but are designed to fit small applications (up to 70acres / 30Ha) with lower crop clearance.
Towable or Fixed
You are given the option of either a towable pivot which is for the farmer who wishes to irrigate different locations or a fixed pivot for irrigating the same area.

Greenfield mini lateral systems
Greenfield mini laterals deliver all the labor, power and water savings of traditional lateral move machines, but are designed to fit small acreage applications. Developed to provide complete coverage for smaller fields, and in situations where low ground pressure is essential, these machines are suitable for a broad range of applications.
Four wheel Lateral Cart
the greenfield lateral cart is fitted with crab steering for accurate alignment. 330ft (100.6m) poly hand hose with a 4.5 in OD (114.3). Weight pans for added traction if needed. furrow guidance only and programmable control panel.

Exclusive Guidance System
machine follows ground level guidance furrow while pulling its own water feed hose. Accurate tracking is assured through the use of a fixed surveyed guidance furrow followed by dual guidance arms, which provide positional data to an onboard Programmable Logic Controller. Full safety shutdown is built into the entire control and guidance system, End of hose shutdown.

Control panel and tower box
Greenfield uses an easy to operate system which can operate either lateral or pivot mode systems. utilizing a proven Lindsay design, the tower box features a weather-tight enclosure and worry-free alignment.
Drivetrain
Center-drive gear ratio balanced with wheel-drive gearbox. Heavy duty worm-drive gearbox is fully sealed and oil lubricated. design features inline drive between center drive and gearbox. New 480-volt model features a Zimmatic 43rpm, 1/4 hp center drive for more power in tough conditions. Engine/ Generator powered and 12x26in ag or turf tyres.
Structure
Galvanised 4" (10.2cm) pipe with high quality steel 3.80 ID, New stronger span joint allows for four way directional movement, Proven bowstring truss design bolts together for quick setup, Six bolt flanges are 1/4" (.6cm) thick for added strength, Leg attachment brackets and welds are computer modeled and sonic tested for worry free operation and utilizes common parts between the pivot and lateral machines.
Installation and Maintenance
Greenfield mini laterals and pivots are lightweight and easy to install. No component exceeds 10ft (3.1m) in length including span pipes ensuring easy handling, installation and transport to virtually any site by normal delivery vehicle. Span bolts together quickly and only comprise of five structural parts. Only minimal annual maintenance is required to keep the system running smoothly, year after year.
Span Lengths
span lengths of 80, 90, 100 and 110 feet (24.4m 27.4m 30.5mand 33.5m) are available. Overhangs are available in 10 or 20 feet (3.1m or 6.2m). Max length 680 feet (207m) including overhang.
